“ Wow! Stunningly amazing, flavorful, authentic Armenian food, cooked to perfection! Perfectly flavored beef shwarma and beef lule kabob. If you haven't tried Tava House, you are missing out. Go! Eat! You will be back, over and over. ”
“ Ordered the lamb chops plate an additional chicken luleh kebab for take out and everything was so good, tender, juicy and well-seasoned. We opted for mutabbal and beet salad as our sides (best mutabbal we’ve ever had and beet salad was very refreshing). This order was enough food for 2 hungry adults to share for dinner. I’d say the prices for the amount of food you get is very fair (25 for lamb chops plate that comes with 2 sides and a base, plus 12 for the additional chicken luleh kebab). This is a local, small, family-owned business that definitely deserves more recognition for the quality of their food. Not only is the food good, they give generous portions, and the owner is very kind and helpful (she walked my partner through the entire menu when he was making an in-person order). Consider taking a break from the other more well-known Armenian restaurants in the area and give Tava House a try. Once you eat their food, you’ll probably have a new gold standard to go by for Armenian BBQ plates. Parking: there is a free parking lot shared with other businesses in the immediate area ”
“ If you are looking for a great home style food - don’t look any further. Don’t be discouraged by the fact that food served in to-go containers, you will love it from the first bite. The portions are generous but I have to confess I couldn’t sop eating until finished my meal (short ribs and mashed potato). Highly recommend! ”
